To add custom banners to the logon and about dialogs in Windows 95 OSR2, Windows 95D, or Windows 95D Lite, run BRANDISH.EXE. To remove said banners and put original OSR2 files in the places of the new files, run PURIFY.EXE.

These programs are not designed for use with Windows 95 RTM, Windows 98, or Windows ME, and will break your installation should you run them on said platforms.
