Hardcore Microsoft Memphis - Seven Windows 98 Pre-Release BuildsCreated on August 15, 2017 Conserve bandwidth! Windows 98 introduced support for new types of hardware essential for the growing power of computers in the late 90's, including ACPI, the AGP bus, USB devices, FAT32 for large disk drives, DVD drives, and multiple monitors using different display adapters. Some of them are still widely used today... can you name them? A few of them were also available in later OEM releases of Windows 95, but such releases were never made available for purchase by end users. Memphis, the development codename for Windows 98, introduced many of the final release's features early on, starting with build 1351 from 1996. In this video, I will demonstrate the following:
