Quake on Voodoo2 12MB + Pentium 133Created on August 24, 2015 Conserve bandwidth! Change quality: 240 Maximum Today, I'm falling back to more familiar grounds where all the home users would be raving over. I'll play Quake on the same Packard Bell computer I used to demonstrate the network client startup disk. A single Voodoo2 12MB video accelerator is installed, which accompanies the Cirrus Logic 5464 PCI video card. After a rather long hiatus from playing first person shooters at all (this happens to me a lot), I decided to see how far I could get in this game on the nightmare skill level in one life. Needless to say, it ended horribly. Comments
Originally, the card was erroneously referred to as an 8MB model. I was going by the listing details when I bought it in 2012, but it turned out it was actually a 12MB model, just with higher density EDO chips. 1 comment on this page Sort: Ascending | Descending Leave a Comment |
