SSE Instructions on Windows 95

Windows 95 doesn't natively support the SSE instruction set found in the Pentium III and later, but you can have AUTOEXEC.BAT call a program that enables access to the SSE register set.

Be careful, though... if you run more than one SSE program at a time, they will corrupt each other at minimum and possibly crash the whole computer, as Windows 95 still isn't aware of the new register set in order to handle context switching for programs using SSE.
